Two adventurers brandish the ColdAvenger face mask to take on remarkable feats

Missoula, MT—October 27, 2011-- Talus Outdoor Technologies, maker of the ColdAvenger line of cold weather protective gear announces sponsorship of two separate Antarctic expeditions. Sebastian Copeland is planning a new unsupported, East-to-West Legacy Transcontinental Crossing and Felicity Aston is attempting to be the first solo woman traveler across the frozen land.

ColdAvenger face masks are essential gear for these explorers as they move through the frigid landscape for more than 50 days. ColdAvenger will protect their airway, lungs and face as they exert incredible energy in the freezing temperatures. Aston estimates her solo trip will take approximately 65 days and span more than 1,700 km. She will be the first woman ever to complete this route alone.
