Felicity Aston

Felicity Aston Felicity Aston is a 33-year-old Polar Explorer from the UK. In 2009 she led the Kaspersky Lab Commonwealth Antarctic Expedition which saw women from countries as diverse as Jamaica, India, Singapore and Brunei ski over 900 km to the South Pole. Many of the women had never seen snow or spent the night in a tent before joining the expedition. Previously Felicity has led several other notable expeditions including the first British women's crossing of Greenland, a 700 km ski along the length of Lake Baikal in Siberia and the first all-female team to complete as annual race across Arctic Canada. She has also spent three years living and working on a remote research station in Antarctica for the British Antarctic Survey monitoring climate and ozone.
